The starting dose of Ozempik® is 0.25 mg once a week. After 4 weeks of use, the dose should be increased to 0.5 mg once a week. For further improvement of glycemic control after at least 4 weeks of using the drug at a dose of 0.5 mg once a week, the dose may be increased to 1 mg once a week.
